Live Fit Camp Saturday 8AM Adult

Live Fit Camp class is structured to include fundamental exercises derived from cardio trampoline jumping, ballet barre, pilates movement principles, gymnastics conditioning and yogic breathing techniques. Each class is unique, but will build upon previous classes making you both mentally and physically stronger. 

This is a 50 minute high intensity class where all props will be provided and modifications will be demonstrated for everyone to get the most out of their workout. 

Class is limited to 4. 

You will only be charged for sessions that you're present at allowing for you to not be charged for a session if sick or out of town.
