Returns and exchanges may only be made within 10 days of receipt. Any purchase made from November 26th - December 25th can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The one exception is in the case of an error on our part (wrong size, color etc). In that case we will refund you for the original shipping charges.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached, and hygienic liners (if applicable).
Please include a copy of your invoice in the package.
Final sale items may not be returned.
You will be notified at the email address listed in your account if the return or exchange will not be honored because of a violation of any of these restrictions.
